Chad and Mike did an excellent job! My windows were a bit of a challenge and they made sure to take the time and effort needed to do everything the right way. They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with everything. They were friendly and easy to communicate with. When hornets from a nest on my home attacked them, they were very forgiving and went ahead and destroyed the nests. I felt really bad about that! The second morning they were at my house Chad helped me take apart a metal pole bird feeder in my yard that a bear had pulled down the night before. I would love to use Window World for my siding if they can offer an affordable price. If I do, I am going to request Chad and Mike for the job! A great couple of guys who make a great team! Thank you Chad and Mike!!! :)

Excellent communication and ease of scheduling. Zach did our windows and they look great! John and Caleb did our sliding door and french door and both are beautiful. John and Caleb stayed late to finish both doors and were done in half the time scheduled. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. We will definitely be using them to do our siding and we would highly recommend Window World as well.
